Not sure how I feel about Springleap. Mostly insulted. The bane of our struggle to maintain a professional status is people giving away work for free. I understand the importance of certain competitions in order to be noticed in a market usually unattainable for those climbing the very, very steep mountain of artistic success but this is just globalizing and endorsing it in a way I find detrimental to our profession. Cintiq Companion Review #2 : Unpacking the beast. The packaging is beautiful. Everything is well cushioned although I was surprised to see the screen facing upwards in the box. It's pretty weighty in hand but as I was handed the box I had thought it quite light compared to my expectations. So far I have no problem with the weight and carrying it around in the super soft and fluffy case provided is a pleasure. The most important thing to note on the day you receive your Cintiq Companion is that it is going to prompt you for a windows key code. I was completely confused by this and almost ended up purchasing a key before a google search revea
